Cog Hill Update

Looks like Cog Hill #4 will be Ree-stored. I hope Rees sends David Fay a royalty check for these wannabe-U.S. Open redos.

The real question will be whether the Jemseks will be in a position to shut the entire course down for a year so that the renovations can be implemented. . . a huge financial hit for a family-owned enterprise. Plus, of course, how much the greens fees will go up, for a course which already costs $132.50 to play. There are a lot of high end courses in the Chicago area that cost a lot less than Dubs does already. Changes to Dubs would be exciting, but we public course hacks await with interest the developments in Lemont.
