If they ask for my name at Starbucks, I always say Vespasian.

Strickers story is my favorite. Amazing how well you can play when your head is right, and his definitely is.

Speaking of alias's, this is as good a time as any to shorten mine like Del, Ky and a few others. The people at Starbucks always hated writing No Longer Used to be Former Stack & Tilt Convert anyway.

Good move NL!

So add Paddy to the Moron List after his "A+ for etiquette" comments regarding Tiger? Let the bashing begin!!

NL,

I am embracing your new branding. Well done.

Agree...much better handle Mr No Longer.

My alias has been "James Peterson...Jimmy for short" ever since 4th grade or so...once I tried "Victor Hugo" on one fateful college night when a roommate and myself decided it was a super idea to take the campus police's new golf cart "cruiser" for a spin....with a the governor WELL teed up.

Ah...memories of aliases. Good times!

Nice move, No Longer. Maybe I'll shorten to PTL for the new year.

I hope all Shackians enjoy their respective holidays!

Annika remains the biggest star on LPGA, says something about its current "stars.''

You could sart a club and invite Tammy to join. Jim is busy.

I'll take a bash. Besides a couple of foot wedges I've witnessed, Tiger's drop at Sawgrass was the most blatant cheating I've seen. I don't care how much Paddy hates Serge, the most important rule of golf etiquette is not to cheat when you're playing for more than a million. When they let him steal that tournament, the PGA became farce.

plus two!

@highside:

Are you saying, then, it is OK to cheat if you are playing for less than a million $??

I didn't notice a dollar amount in the Etiquette section of the Rules.

Cavalier for a buck is the same as cavalier for a millon.

@highside Bet you can't play to your index
