Champions Challenge Cancelled

The exhibition of past champions has been cancelled due to inclement weather. That should give you some idea how lousy it is here today. A shame, we were all eager to see Lee Trevino and many other past greats.

It is a shame as it was going to be streamed live on opengolf.com website.

why the weiled shots at Jack---he doesnt want to got to st andrews to play four holes, so why should we all care? thr guy doesnt think its beneath him--he flies to augusta to hit one shot and have dinner-- he just doesnt want to go. i am more interested in seeing guys we never see, like trevino.

Smails,

Don't get all pissy.

No one was taking any veiled shots at Jack.

I think he was on firm ground not coming.

He'll still get a laugh out of this and will enjoy needling some of the others, I bet.

jimbob - just looked at the weather - 55 F and "heavy rain". Mid 60's and rain is the forecast (with no guarantee of it being accurate)

jb,
Another lovely day at the Old. Hope it's wild all week there...we'll see the men emerge from the pack of pampered whimps that will cry about the conditions.
